Time for our annual/biannual/triannual/whatever annual trip to our hometown! Before we pulled out of the driveway, I made everybody pose so that I could take a picture before we get all sweaty and sticky and tired and grumpy in the car. ;) I'm sure you know all about that. Long cartrips! Woot!
Oh, who is this handsome guy, you ask? That would be one of the eight children in our family, Micah. He's number three in line.
And this guy? Number two in line, Peter. He's well-known in our family for being the only person who has two middle names. He's 13.
There's Gretchen! She's 10 years old and comes right after Micah in birth order, and I think she looks splendid in hoops. ;)
That's John-Michael, sometimes JM, who was wrapped up in some Lego or Bionicle toy. He didn't want to pose, so here's a profile shot. He's a galumphing 2 years old.
There's Jonas! He had a bloody nose. :( He's a little bit older than JM; four years young!

That's Colette, aged seven years old. She's pretty cute, and has followed in the wise footsteps of Gretchen. They share the ambition of becoming dog trainers.
